BREEZE: Our Church Database

Breeze CHMS is a Church Management Software which can be accessed through a website or an app. Through Breeze, you can get contact information for all our members. There is no need to carry a directory with you!! You can also schedule donations and pledges through Breeze. To access Breeze,  you must first establish a Breeze login through our church office. You can do this by contacting Jeff Jeude, our Church Administrator. See below.

Training and Support

We are offering training and support to ease you into controlling more of your information with the church office from the comfort of your home or mobile phone. Jeff Jeude is usually in the office on Wednesdays, and you can call in for one on one support. When he is in the office, you can join on Zoom to learn the basics and get assistance or feel free to drop by the office, mask on, safety protection in place for a hands-on demonstration. (Jeff can be reached at: 207-667-4393 or through uucellsworth@gmail.com)

During your meeting, you will be able to:

  • Verify your church contact information and committee/group affiliations.

  • Learn how to register for classes and other events.

  • Learn how to verify your pledge and giving history and make changes or additions as needed.

  • Learn how to use the newest online directory to find members and friends.

Once you log in, you’ll have access to these areas:

My Profile:

• Contact & Directory Information -your mailing and email addresses, your phone number and how you would like to be notified of cancellations due to bad weather, etc. as well as your ability to opt in to the church directory.

• Areas of interest – Committees and Small Groups – these may have been supplied from the visitor card or some point in your journey or you can update them now

You can update your contact information and many of the items in your profile, and you can control how much, if any, of your contact information is displayed. Only congregants who have logged in will be able to access our online church database. You can control whether your address, email address, and phone numbers are visible – and accurate.

• People – Here you can view the names of current UUCE members. Contact information will display based on the member’s privacy settings.

• Events – Conveniently access the calendar from the church website to see what’s going on without leaving Breeze.

• Contributions – Verify your pledge and giving history and make changes or additions as needed.
